By purchasing the Heirloom Album Deposit, you (PURCHASER) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Work: JORDAN KATZ will design an album for PURCHASER according to the preferences listed in the Heirloom Wedding Album Questionnaire. 

Timeline of Work: The following timeline will apply from the time PURCHASER (S) signs this agreement and pays the deposit. The commencement of design work is contingent on both of those two events. PURCHASER (S) agrees to select favorites for the album using the online gallery within 30 days. After 30 days, Jordan Katz reserves the right to make image selections for the album. Within 45 days of the time PURCHASER informs JORDAN KATZ that selections have been made, JORDAN KATZ agrees to deliver a draft of the album using a cloud-based approval software. PURCHASER agrees to approve the album or request revisions within 14 days of delivery of the draft album. Each round of revisions will require a 14-day return time. If PURCHASER does not respond to attempts to communicate, the design process may be delayed. PURCHASER (S) agrees to pay the fees according to the schedule detailed in Section 3: Fees. The album will not be submitted to the printer until all fees have been paid. 

Fees: In consideration for the album design services provided by JORDAN KATZ, CLIENT agrees to pay a sum no less than $350. Additional spreads, lines of embossing, or other customizations will be charged beyond that fee according to the pricing listed on the Heirloom Wedding Album Questionnaire. PURCHASER agrees to pay a nonrefundable deposit equivalent to $150. Once the deposit is received, the payment reserves JORDAN KATZ’S time. The balance of the payment for wedding album design services must be paid in full no later than 14 days after the original draft album has been delivered. One round of revisions is included in the wedding album design agreement. Additional rounds of revisions will be charged at $100 per round. The fees and expenses estimated by JORDAN KATZ are for the original job description as presented by the PURCHASER. Subsequent changes or actual job conditions may result in additional charges. Photographer shall seek approval of additional expenses whenever reasonable and appropriate. No final versions of the album will be delivered to CLIENT (S) until payment has been received in full.

Sales Tax: PURCHASER (S) understands and agrees to pay the applicable sales tax, which will be charged separately, and that the rate is dependent upon the shipping address for the final product.

Payment: CASH OR CHECK ARE PREFERRED. Checks may be sent to 3410 West 31st Avenue, Denver, CO, 80211. Payment may be made via Paypal using the email jordan@jordanhkatz.com. Credit card payments may also be made via Stripe or Wave. Late payments will be assessed a $50 insufficient funds fee.

Exclusivity: Only images by JORDAN KATZ are permitted to appear in the wedding album.  Work Product Details: The final album to be delivered to the CLIENT (S) will be according to the following order, and will constitute the entirety of files to be delivered to client and licensed for personal use only: A minimum of 20 images appearing in an album of minimum size 10 inches by 10 inches, are included in the price for wedding album design services.
